Time-Lapse (TLM) by EmbryoScope®

CRM's Embryology Laboratory is one of the first in the world, and one of the only in the United States, to exclusively use the EmbryoScope TLM incubation system to culture and monitor the development of embryos resulting from IVF cycles. With Embryoscope®, CRM is able to improve embryo selection by identifying embryos with the highest implantation potential as well as those with abnormal development using TLM uninterrupted culture.

Since 2012, Dr. Nikica Zaninovic and the embryology laboratory staff have utilized Embryoscope’s uninterrupted culture to optimize laboratory protocols. Currently, all IVF patients have access to this technology.

The video below is a time-lapsed view of an EmbryoScope-incubated embryo from day 1 to day 5 (blastocyst), as viewed through the TLM system's microscope.
